Executive Car Service is seeking a part-time team member to promote and grow the operation, and to assist existing staff with day-to-day activities.

A high level of personal hygiene and presentation is a must. Excellent English communication skills are required both in person, written, and online.


Your day to day will include any or all of the following:

  • Promoting and growing business operations through marketing and business networking

  • Making reservations for transport, car grooming, and/or storage

  • Acting on behalf of a rental car company as an in-person point of contact at their Invercargill depot

  • Assisting with the grooming and relocation of vehicles – both company and private

  • Transporting passengers and/or freight within Invercargill, and occasionally further afield

This position might be right for you if you:

  • Are a hands-on person with a can-do attitude

  • Have a strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new procedures

  • Possess a current and clean Full New Zealand Drivers License with a Passenger Endorsement or the ability to obtain one

  • Can work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays

Due to the nature of our operation, pre-employment screening is very thorough and includes but is not limited to a reference check, drug and alcohol screening, ministry of justice conviction check, and more.
